Ship Management
Starting 2018, TMI entered a Ship Manager agreement
with PT. Humpuss Trading.
TMI operates and handles one of PT. Humpuss Trading’s vessel called BG Tabrisma II, in terms of Ship Manager to carry Palm Oil Products by Ship Manager within Indonesian Region, being Ship Manager TMI prepared Marketing plan, monthly budgeting, nominating cargo and negotiating freight on behalf of Humpuss Trading.
Starting June 2022 – present, TMI entered a
Ship Management Consultant (SMC)
with PT. Surya Perkasa Samudera.
TMI is responsible for handling PT. Surya Perkasa Samudera commercial and operational affairs, including tasks like identifying suitable vessels, negotiating freight rates with local owners, preparing the fixture note, and submitting all required documents to the charterer.
Starting 2022- present, TMI signed a
Ship Management Consultant (SMC) contract with
PT. Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM) for their Biodiesel cargo.
TMI handles PT. Triputra’s commercial and operational terms such as finding suitable vessels, negotiating freight with local owners, preparing the fixture note, and submitting all documents to the charterer. TMI also supervises and monitors the loading and discharging process by as-signing TMI’s Superintendent on the field, sealing each owner’s cargo tanks, cargo pumps, engine, and cargo pipeline using TMI’s owned cargo “seal” to make sure the charterer’s cargo remains safe and to minimize cargo loss tolerance.

Starting 2023, TMI signed a SMC contract
with PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABaS)
for their Biodiesel cargo.
TMI handles PT. ABaS commercial and operational terms such as finding suitable vessels, maintenance, docking preparation, provision of spare parts, supplies, manning negotiating freight with local owners, preparing the fixture Note, and submitting all documents to the charterer.
Since it began operations in 2023, TB Mandiri 23 & Patra 33 has provided a number of services including biodiesel distribution to businesses in East Kalimantan Area as well as refueling on feeder boats and mother vessels (ship to ship).
SPOB Surya Indah 2 ship, it provides services oil tank truck filling services in May 2023 – Present at Southeast Sulawesi including Biodiesel distribution to businesses.
Starting June 2023 – Presents, TMI signed a SMC contract with PT Energi Coal Prima for their B40 – Biodiesel cargo.
Patra 23 has provided a number of services, including biodiesel distribution to businesses in East Kalimantan Area.
